Foster Care Plan

The foster care provisions under Title I of ESSA require State Educational Agencies (SEAs) and Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) to collaborate with Child Welfare Agencies (CWAs) to ensure educational stability and to minimize educational disruptions for children in foster care.

Title I Family & Parental Notification

It is the policy of Davenport Public School to collaboratively implement with parents program activities and procedures in an organized, systematic, ongoing, informed and timely manner for the involvement of parents of children who are receiving Title I services.

Title IX is a federal law prohibiting sex discrimination in education programs and activities that receive federal funding, including those in Oklahoma.

The district hereby designates Misty Emmons as the employee responsible for receiving complaints. The district will ensure that the employee is unbiased and free of any conflicts of interest.
